Hope all is well. My most recent clients love the beams. This was the second time specifying them and they look as good as the first time. We got them up and the GC said they were easy to install. Because of the lengths we chose (20 feet) it took a few people to hold them to the nearly 13 foot ceilings but they went in smoothly. I will definitely be specifying your products for future projects.

I am a first time customer of Tilton Coffered Ceilings, Inc. and after ordering my product I called the company, spoke with the owner Jason Tilton, to have my shipping address changed. Jason immediately recognized an issue with my order and asked if he could call me back after he did some digging.

Jason called me back within minutes, not only did he apologize for the mishap, but offered me a different product (more expensive) and threw in ALL of the installation material for the same price of my original order. I told Jason he didn’t have to do any of this and that his honesty meant more to me then anything.

My items arrived where I asked for them and earlier than anticipated. Customer service to me is OUTSTANDING. As for the product I couldn’t be more pleased. Have a realistic look and great quality. I installed my beams in my beach condo I just finished rebuilding after a fire. The minute someone walks in their eyes are drawn towards the beams and then all of the compliments start. I strongly recommend this company and their product.

Wanted to share some photos of your product that we used on the walls at the school project that we are working on here in central Texas. The product went up nicely and the owner and General Contractor are very happy with the product and look. When the lighting gets better and the finished products are put in around this I think we will be able to get some better photos.
