Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover) as well as PayPal, Personal or Business checks and Wire/ACH Transfers. Processing and clearing times will apply to payments made by check and orders will not be put into production and/or released for shipment until funds have cleared.  

Payment Terms

All orders for the products that are offered and available for purchase directly from our website online are prepaid and as such, must be paid in full at the time of order. Orders for specialized and/or customized products which are not offered and available for purchase direclty from our website may be made by way of an offline Invoicing process and will either require full payment up front or, under certian circumstances, will have a payment schedule that includes both a deposit and balance payments as per the terms of the Invoice. However, all orders require that payment be made in full prior to shipment, regardless of the ordering process and/or any payment schedule.

Coupons & Credits

Coupon/Credit codes may be issued by Tilton Coffered Ceilings, Inc. during promotions and/or when ordering product samples or design/drafting services prior to placing a full order. Coupon/Credit codes may not be applied towards any previous orders and can only be used one (1) time. If use of an invalid code is determined, Tilton Coffered Ceilings, Inc. reserves the right to either cancel the order or to invoice the customer for the total value of the invalid discount. Coupon/Credit codes are not to be combined with any other offer and do not apply to shipping costs or otherwise discounted products or orders.
